TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Pluss 55 Autos. By using our website, submitting a rental request, making a reservation, or renting a vehicle from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and the applicable rental agreement.

Rental Eligibility

Customers must meet Pluss 55 Autos’ rental requirements and provide valid and accurate information.

Requirements may include a valid Florida driver’s license, valid contact information, residential information, payment information, intended vehicle use, and rental duration.

Additional verification may be required.

Rental Agreement

A rental is not considered final until the customer has completed the required rental documentation and Pluss 55 Autos has confirmed the rental.

The signed rental agreement governs the specific rental, including pricing, rental period, mileage, fees, vehicle condition, authorized use, and other applicable terms.

Service Area

Pluss 55 Autos operates within its designated service area. Customers must comply with the company’s approved service-area requirements.

Travel outside the approved service area may require prior authorization.

Vehicle Use

Vehicles may only be used for lawful purposes and by authorized drivers.

Prohibited activities may include reckless driving, racing, burnouts, donuts, excessive speeding, vehicle abuse, unauthorized use, or any other activity that may place the vehicle, driver, passengers, or public at risk.

Smoking in rental vehicles is prohibited.

GPS & Vehicle Monitoring

Vehicles may be equipped with GPS tracking and other vehicle monitoring technology for security, fleet management, safety, and recovery purposes.

Payments & Fees

Customers are responsible for all rental charges and applicable taxes and fees disclosed in their rental agreement.

Additional charges may apply for tolls, parking, traffic violations, damages, cleaning, smoking, late payments, unauthorized use, or other violations of the rental agreement.

Payment Timing

Rental payments are due according to the renewal schedule stated in the rental agreement.

Any applicable grace period or late fee will be governed by the rental agreement.

Vehicle Condition

Customers are responsible for returning the vehicle in accordance with the condition and return requirements stated in the rental agreement.

Termination

Pluss 55 Autos may terminate a rental agreement when permitted by the applicable rental agreement or law, including circumstances involving unauthorized use, unsafe driving, non-payment, fraud, or violation of rental terms.
